Application Considerations

In regards to Newman Cottage (the only property still managed by me personally), I’m looking for people who want to take good care of the property (most easily demonstrated by a good rental history). In terms of ability to pay, I’m looking for the rent to be a maximum of *around* 30% of your gross income. If your income is not adequate, you can use a co-signer to guarantee the rent. You can, of course, use any sort of guaranteed subsidy to pay the rent as well.

The other three properties: Bugbee’s, Meme’s, and Cascadilla Corner, will now be managed by Certified Properties, and they are in charge of the application process.
